Denise Daniels

Denise Daniels has been a Chosen Valley Community Foundation board member since 2008. Denise is a Wellness Coordinator at the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center at Mayo Clinic. She lives in Chatfield with her husband Jason and their two children. Denise has been involved with the following boards and organizations, Elementary Principal’s Advisory Committee, Citizen’s for a Smoke-free Rochester, Olmsted County Coordinated School Health Council and Leadership Greater Rochester.
